Manoj Jha's story begins in Madhubani, Bihar a place renowned for its honey and the warmth of its people.Madhubani, often associated with the famous Madhubani paintings, is also known for its rich cultural heritage and academic inclination. Manoj's family exemplifies this blend of traditon and education. His father manages a prestigious hospital, contributing significantly to the healthcare sector in their region. Meanwhile, his grandfather, Pandit Shri Namo Narayan Jha, was a revered Sanskrit scholar, twice honored with the Presidential Award for his contribution to the field. Growing up in such an environment, Manoj was deeply influenced by his family's value of knowledge and tradition. However, despite this strong academic lineage, he chose a different path. Manoj ventured into entrepreneurship, driven by a desire to create and innovate. This decision marked the beginning of a remarkable journey in the diamond jewellery industry.
